How Oredja LLC collects, uses and protects personal data on this website, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for users in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.

02 Data we collect
Contact form: name, company, business email, country, area of interest and the content of your message.
Email correspondence: your email address and the content of the exchange.
Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) needed to deliver and secure the website.
This website is intended for professionals. We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors.
03 Purposes and legal bases
To answer your enquiry and prepare a conversation: steps taken at your request before any contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
To keep the website secure and available: legitimate interest.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
04 Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or a longer period is required by law. Technical logs are kept for no longer than twelve months.
05 Recipients and international transfers
Personal data is processed by Oredja LLC and, on its behalf, by the technical providers that host the website and deliver email, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations. It is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Data may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and in the countries where those providers operate. Transfers from the European Union rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Oredja LLC applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised persons and the deletion of data that is no longer needed.

We answer within the time limits set by the applicable law. Users in the European Union may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
