How the firm works
OREDJA combines the rigour of a strategy practice with the accountability of operators. Its partners have held executive and interim roles running procurement and supply chain operations for global retail, beauty, luxury, industrial, mining and life-sciences organisations, and they lead every engagement personally.
The firm works in three modes: diagnostic and design, transformation programmes, and interim leadership when the situation needs someone accountable for this week’s deliveries. In every mode the handover is designed from the first week: procedures, trained teams and performance routines that outlast the engagement.
AI Orchestration is applied where it genuinely improves the operating models the firm designs, on a governed data foundation and inside clear decision rights. OREDJA Intelligence and IAPro.ai are ecosystem assets beside the consulting core.
OREDJA operates through a global network of 200+ experienced professionals and subject-matter experts, mobilised according to each engagement, industry and geography.

The name OREDJA is formed from the first names of its two founding partners, Aurélien and Djamel.
